Ocaña Subirana, Maria
Museu Arqueològic de l’EsquerdaGraduate in Geography and History (History of Art Section) in 1986. MSc in Medieval History since 1994. Postgraduate in Museology and Museography by the Generalitat de Catalunya-Servei de Museus (1986-1988), MSc in Medieval Archeology (1988-1990). She has been team membre at the Archaeological Site of l’Esquerda since 1984, where she has participated in fieldwork campaigns as well as in different projects on experimental archeology led by the Dra. Imma Ollich i Castanyer, as a team membre. Her main research line is focused on the study of medieval agriculture, throughout the archaeological, ethnographic, medieval written sources and iconographic information. She is director and curator of the Archaeological Museum of L’Esquerda, Roda de Ter, since 2007.
